Ghana Premier league side Legon cities has cemented the capture of Nigerien Attacker Victorian Adebayor Zakari on a season Long loan deal
Adebayor returned from Denmark to join the ‘Soccer Millionaires for the rest of the current season, with an option to buy pending his performance.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, coach Bashir said the Signing of Adebayor ‘completes his season’,
Chief Executive officer of the club Terry Maxwell Aidan said the club will continue with its business of enhancing the playing squad, and believes they have made lots of gains in the mid seaon analysis.
Adebayor comes to Legon Cities after spending six months in Denmark following his transfer from Inter Allies.
He was the top scorer of the canceled Ghana Premier league with 12 goals, and has promised to continue from where he left off in 2020.
Legon Cities have struggled all season, ending the first round 15th on the table having won only 4 matches, with 7 draws.
The inclusion of Adebayor according to coach Bashir Hayford to enforce his attacking line when the league resumes.
Cities have also added former Ashantigold striker Hans Kwofie to their fold.
