Simon Martey replaced Prince Kpodo in the starting eleven for Dwarfs while Medeama Head Coach James Boadu also made some changes to his starting eleven.
The visitors saw their never ending pressure met by an inspired defensive unit and top class goalkeeping to keep the scores at 0-0 heading into recess.
With the chance to leave the relegation zone, Medeama SC heaped more men forward and when Agyenim Boateng kissed the back of the twine with his composed strike, the Miners had no answer to the jigsaw puzzle tabled before them.
