Match Report – King Faisal 2-0 Ebusua Dwarfs, Faisal Mysteriously leapfrog Dwarfs to stay clear off Relegation

Alhaji Grunsah’s King Faisal took a giant step to defy the Ghana Premier league poor record all season with an emphatic win against Struggling Ebusua Dwarfs.
Faisal who have been plagued by Relegation dogfight since the start of the season needed the win to boost their chances of survival.
Dwarfs also fighting to avoid the drop maintained a steady momentum from the blast of Referee Rustum Gameli’ Whistle, forcing their host to defend deep in a water filled Nana Ameyaw Park.
The match which was rained of yesterday had to be restarted at 10:30am in a cold atmosphere.
Faisal lifted their game early in the second half with Sensational Zubairu Ibrahim putting them ahead in 52 minutes, the 17 year old doubled his side’s lead with a super goal on the hour mark, a goal that condemned Dwarfs from any further chance of winning the game.
The win has taken Faisal to 11th on the league table with only 1 game to complete the season, while Dwarfs return to the 15th position heading to the last day of the season where rhey host Bechem United
