NC Special : Accra Hearts Of Oak Break Camp After Painful Cup Exit At Home To Unistar Academy

Ghanaian powerhouse Accra Hearts of Oak have given their players a 3- day break after their painful exit from the NC Special Competition tier 2 on Sunday.

The Rainbow Family failed to make it to the quarter finals of the NC Special Competition tier II after loosing 4-5 on penalties to division one league side Unistar Academy.

Coach Kim Grant and his gallant players defeat on Sunday came as a surprise to all Ghanaians after their glamorous exploits in the championship.

The team is expected to resume camping on Thursday for training ahead of NC Special Competition Tier 1 semi final fixture against Asante Kotoko slated on June 16 at Accra sports Stadium.

A win for the capital based side in the Tier 1 will seal them CAF Champions League football for the start of the 2019/20 continental football.
