French Club Amiens SC have announced the arrival of Ghana defender Nicholas Opoku.
The centre-back joins the Ligue I side on loan from Italian Serie A side Udinese.
Opoku, 22, has been in Italy for the past two years after joining from Club Africianne of Tunisia.
The Ghana international joins Amiens in a move which gives the Club an option to purchase him outright for €4.5m at the end of the loan spell.
Udinese are likely to find a replacement for the defender before the transfer window closes in two days time.
Amiens manager Luka Elsner could unleash the player against Toulouse this weekend.
