Hearts of Oak have received a major squad boost with striker Kwadwo Obeng Jnr resuming training yesterday after his injury setback.
The 24-year-old suffered a groin injury in their game against King Faisal.
He was ruled out of action for weeks and ended up missing games against Bechem United and Elmina Sharks.
Obeng Junior resumed training as his side prepare for the next match in the league against Techiman Eleven Wonders on Sunday. He joined his teammates as he had a personal session with the team’s physical trainer. He is being observed by the technical and medical team to know how soon he will be ready.
Meanwhile, defender Nuru Sulley has been impressive in training this week and is expected to feature this weekend. He is set to play for the Phobians in their matchday 9 game against Techiman Eleven wonders after missing several games due to injury.
His readiness will give the Phobians a huge boost ahead of their Week 9 fixture.
