Official : Celebrated Ghanaian Trainer Bashiru Hayford Takes Over Somalia National Team

Experienced Ghanaian tactician Bashiru Hayford has been appointed as the new head coach of the Somalia National Team after a successful negotiations between the two parties.
The former Asante Kotoko SC trainer is set for a new adventure in Mogadishu after reportedly been offered an initial two year deal to change the fortunes of the male national team.
Until his appointment, Hayford was head coach of the Black Queens of Ghana and led the team at 2018 AWCON staged in Ghana four months ago.
The major task on the shoulders of the Celebrated trainer will be to seal qualifications for the AFCON 2021 and to lay the foundation for a solid team at the Federation level.
Bashir Hayford led Ashgold to the 2015 Ghana Premier League trophy with some sizzling football en route to the ultimate league crown. He will join compatriot Alhaji Abubakari Mumuni Sokpari as the two Ghanaian coaches in Somalia.
