The 27-year old signed a one-year deal with the club following the expiration of his contract at Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak.
Nettey was outdoored by his new employers on Thursday after signing the contract agreement following a mandatory medical test.

The powerful midfielder featured 17 times for the Phobians last season scoring one goal in the process.
He also made five appearances for the defending champions this season prior to the expiration of his contract at the end of December 2021.
