Ghanaian defender Nuru Sulley has completed his move to Iraqi Second tier side Duhok Sports Club.
The former Black Stars B center back has signed an initial one-year deal with the club with an option for a further year.
Sulley completed the move on Sunday, January 16, 2022 after succesfully undergoing the mandatory medical examination.
The former Hearts of Oak star joins Duhok Sports Club at the back of immense experience having had stints in Libya, Turkey and a previous stint in Iraq.
The Ghanaian international has had a topsy-turvy career abroad before returning to his former club Hearts of Oak at the beginning of the 2020-21 season.
The defender played a key role in helping the Phobian end a decade-long trophy drought by winning the Ghana Premier League and MTN FA Cup double at the end of last season.
He parted ways with the Defending champions last month after becoming surplus to requirement in coach Samuel Boadu’s set up.
