Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has signed fresh three-year contract with Arsenal.
The Gabonese, 31, commits his future to the Club at least for the next three years.
Aubameyang was believed to have expressed his desire to leave the Gunners just two years after joining from German giants Borussia Dortmund.
Arsenal signed the attacker from the Bundesliga side in 2018 for a then Club record-fee of £56 million.
Two years down the line, the striker was said to have tendered in a transfer request after interest from Barcelona.
He has now penned a new deal to keep him further at the Club for the next couple of years.
Mikel Arteta named the former Saint Etienne goal poacher as the captain of the side where he led the Club to win the FA Cup title and Community Shield trophy beating Manchester City and Liverpool respectively.
Since arriving at the Emirates, the striker has been able to score 55 goals in 86 appearances for the Club.
