Coach Kim Grant made two quick substitutions with Selasi Bakai and Enoch Addo coming on for Dominic Eshun and William Dankyi to add to the fire power if the team.
The substitution yielded result as Hearts kept their composure. And intensity on their opponents.
The phobians with determination leveled in the 75th minute when Mohammed Alhassan fired in from 20 yards after Sumaila Ibrahim’s long throw fell on his path.
Hearts of Oak kept on pressing for the win, but the youthful Future stars side stood their grounds.
Mohammed Alhassan went close to scoring again in the 89th minute, but his show went wide, ended the game on a 1-1 draw.
The Phobians are billed to play the same side in a second friendly.
