Ghanaian forward Raphael Dwamena opened his scoring for Spanish side Levante UD in a 2-0 win over Club Deportivo Lugo in the Copa del Rey.
The former FC Zurich center forward marked his return to the starting eleven of the team with the insurance goal to earn Alaves a place in the last 16 of the Cup competition.
Levante UD shook off threats from Deportivo Lugo with 2 late second half strikes to book a place in the next stage of the competition after a pulsating 0-0 first half at the Estadio Cuidat de Valencia.
Coker Moreno opened the scoring with 10 minutes to regulations before Rueben Rochina set up Raphael Dwamena for the second goal with virtually the last kick of the game.
Dwamena has since featured 5 times for Levante UD since his summer arrival for Swiss football.
Compatriot, Emmanuel Boateng, lasted 65 minutes of the game and picked up an early caution in the cup clash.
