RB Leipzig stun Atletico Madrid to reach historic UEFA Champions League last four

RB Leipzig are through to the last 4 of the UEFA Champions League after beating Atletico Madrid 2-1 in the quarterfinals.
The German side made it to the semis finals for the first time with an impressive display against the Spanish side.
Despite going into the game without key man Timo Werner who left the Club for Chelsea, Leipzig showed resilience throughout and pinned Atletico Madrid to their own half.
Leipzig made their dominance in the game count by registering victory.
Dani Olmo connected a header into the Atletico Madrid net after a cross came from Marcel Sabitzer.
Atletico Madrid drew level late in the game from the penalty spot which was converted by Jaoa Felix.
The Portuguese youngster won a penalty in the box and took the mandate upon himself by pulling parity with just 3minutes left on the clock.
RB Leipzig were back in the lead after Tyler Adams deflected striker beat Jan Oblak in post for Atletico Madrid.
Julian Nagelsmann’s side now awaits Paris Saints Germen in the semi-finals.
