Accra Hearts of Oak Sc extended its rebuilding process with special visit to the national Chief Imam at his residence in the nation’s capital as they seek to reignite the ailing fortunes of the club.
The 2000 CAF Champions league winners are trying to build a new era in the annals of the club after going nearly 10 calendar years without a league crown.
Management of the club led by Mark Noonan and the club’s teaming fan base trooped to the Accra central mosque for a special interaction with the national Chief Imam, Sheik Nuhu Sharabutu on Friday.
The visit forms part of an in house cleansing exercise that included a visit to the club’s traditional home in Swalaba, Accra.
The club celebrate its 107th anniversary on Sunday November 11, 2018.
