The 28 year old has been absent for the Black Stars since 2014 but has availed himself for the national team after returning to form with Inter Milan.
The former Juventus versatile midfielder endured series of injuries whiles with the Black Stars and has since opted to take break from international assignment.
His arrival into the national roaster has been hailed as one the biggest thing to happen to the Black Stars due to the versatility and genuine class with the ball.
In a leaked squad chanced by www.442gh.com, Kwadwo Asamoah leads a number of new faces in the team that also include Nana Ampomah, Kwesi Okeye, Joseph Aidoo and Ernest Ohemang.
Notable absentees from the list include the Ayew brothers and skipper Asamoah Gyan.
