Revealed: Asante Kotoko to boycott StarTimes Coverage of their Ghana Premier league matches can reveal that Asante Kotoko Sporting club are on the move to prevent Ghana FA broadcast right holder StarTimes from Covering any of their matches going forward.

In a letter yet to be delivered to the Association, the Kumasi Based club believes the Ghana Football Association and StarTimes have not dealth with them in a manner that suggest they respect their rights as a club.

Our investigations further reveals the Porcupine Warriors are planning to refund all monies paid by StarTimes to the Football Association as a way of protesting the unfair treatment meted out to them.

Asante Kotoko had their opening Ghana Premier league match against Techiman Eleven Wonders delayed by 11 minutes due to disagreements in the club’s decision to film the game, against the FA’s directive of non filming of matches by the clubs.

Asante Kotoko has a contract with CEEK, an online broadcast firm, and sources believes if the club succeeds in terminating the deal with the FA and StarTimes, CEEK will take over the coverage of the club’s home Matches
