Newly appointed General Manager of Division One League club, Nzema Kotoko FC, Mr. Gilbert Yankson has called on the club’s supporters to rally behind him in his quest to revive the club.
According to the renowed football administrator, his quest to revive the Nzema based club will not see the light of day without backing from the supporters front.
In an emotional call to the fans during an interview West End Radio on Wednesday, Mr. Yankson described himself as the ‘Chief Mason’ and the club’s followers as the artisans on whose expertise and advice he will be relying to ensure the successful completion of his project.
“If we build Nzema Kotoko well, the satisfaction will come with the honour to say that, we built the club with fidelity, purpose, value, and integrity,” he said.
“We can develope Nzema Kotoko, if we all come together as one family, so let’s all help and revive Nzema Kotoko again,” Mr. Yankson added.
Mr. Gilbert Yankson was appointed General Manager of Nzema Kotoko last month following the departure of Edmund Ackah to Samartex FC.
The experienced football administrator has previously worked with WAFA (Feyenoord), Unistar Academy, Dreams FC, Kotoku Royals and a host of other teams.
