Ghana winger Solomon Asante emerged the Assists Champion award for a second consecutive season in the USL Championship.
The diminutive attacker crowned a wonderful season with yet another special accolade.
Asante was impressive throughout the season making the most assists among his competitors.
Named the Championship’s Most Valuable Player in 2019, Asante is the first player to claim the Assists Champion award in back-to-back seasons.
The Ghanaian standout led the Championship in Chances Created. Over the past three seasons, Asante has recorded a league-best 34 assists, to move into fourth place all-time in the Championship in assists.
He joined other award winners who will all be honored in a special ceremony.
Since joining the American Club from Congolese side TP Mazembe, the attacker has been overly impressive in the USL Championship.
