Team News: Majeed Ashimeru Starts As Ibrahim Tanko Names Strong Attacking Line Up For Togo Clash in U23 AFCON Qualifiers

 

Head coach of the Ghana national U23 team Ibrahim Tanko has named a very strong and attacking oriented lineup for the return leg against Togo in the U23 AFCON Qualifier in Lome.

The assistant coach for the Black Stars handed Switzerland based midfielder Majeed Ashimeru a starting berth with hat-trick hero Kwabena Owusu leading the attack as expected.

Liberty Profession hard tackler Simon Zibo earned his place in the team whiles Joel Fameye and Osman Bukari has been deployed as the two auxiliary attackers behind Owusu.

Kick-off is at at 15:00GMT in Lome, Togo with the Black Meteors hold a 5-1 advantage from the first leg in Ghana.
