Transfer Update: Wolverhampton Wonders Settles On Ghanaian Defender As Transfer Target

English Premier League side Wolverhampton Wonderers FC have settled on nomadic Ghanaian defender as their top transfer target ahead of a possible switch.

The high Flying Wolves made a dream start to their 2020 domestic championship with a 0-2 away win to Sheffield United in the opening matches of the season.

The giant killers however two positions that needed to be reinforced to provide squad depth to the team.

In their recent 3-back formation, Nuno Espirito Santo, opted for more men at the center of the pitch and have singled out Chelsea misfit, Baba Rahman, as the man to improve his squad.

In the unorthodox 3-5-2 formation, Baba Rahman is expected to provide steel at the back and initiate quick counters with his cult left foot.

Baba Rahman failed to zoom his way into the Chelsea FC starting XI and has since been farmed out on loan basis.

His recent trip to France failed to convince Chelsea FC of his abilities leading to the arrival of Ben Chilwel.

Wolverhampton Wanderers enjoyed a dream qualification to the premier league and have since evolved into one of the dark horses of the EPL thanks to their Portuguese tactician.

Baba Rahman earned his big money move to Chelsea FC at a near perfect season with Augsburg in the German Bundesliga.

The recent return to form of Marcus Alonso also meant that Baba Rahman must leave Chelsea to revive his ailing career.
