Southern African super powers ZESCO United FC are set to test Asante Kotoko SC in the coming days with an imminent offer for their trickery attacker.
The Zambian side endured a topsy-turvy campaign at the continental level in recent times and have earmarked former Mathew Kelvin Andoh as the man to provide the missing finesse in the final third of the pitch.
Kelvin Andoh has been sparingly used by Asante Kotoko SC and looks destined to leave for the Zambian side if the offer is tempting.
The arrival of Williams Opoku Mensah, Emmanuel Sarkodie coupled with the return of Richard Senanu will give Maxwell Konadu several options across the pitch relegating Andoh to the reserve bench.
Sources close to the Zambian side revealed that an offer could be tabled before the resumption of continental football as they seek to fine tune their chances at the 2020/21 CAF premier inter club competition.
Kelvin Andoh joined the Porcupine Warriors in April 2019 on a three year deal but could leave for pastures anew in the coming months.
ZESCO United FC are currently just 3 points away from the summit of the Zambian topflight and will be hoping to leap frog their way to the apex of the log to seal their CAF Champions league spot.
