Turkish Club Kayserispor to announce Bernard Mensah signing

The 23-year-old will be joining the Super Lig side from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.

Kasimpasa could not tie down the player after his loan spell with the Club following Atletico Madrid’s refusal to accept a bid from the Turkish Club.

 

The Spanish Club has however opted to loan the midfielder to Kayserispor for the upcoming season.

Mensah netted four times in the Turkish Super Lig for Kasimpasa last season.

He will undergo his medical at Kayserispor before penning a deal which would see him stay at Kayseri for at least the next one year.

He will be joining fellow countryman and Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan who was also reported to have accepted a pay cut to stay put at the Club.
