Little Adelia, a young fan of Serie A giants AS Roma got her wish this past weekend when her favourite player Felix Afena-Gyan gave her his jersey.
The 19-year old forward made this once-in-a-lifetime gesture to his newly found fan during his side’s 1-0 win over Cagliari on Sunday January 16, 2022 at the Stadio Olympico in Rome.

Afena-Gyan was handed a second straight starting berth by manager Jose Mourinho for the encounter and he played his part as the side from the Italian capital saw off a spirited Cagliari side 1-0.
A Sergio Oliviera penalty in the 33rd minute was all AS Roma needed to secure all three points at stake in the game.
The victory ensured that Roma maintain their seventh position on the Serie A log with 35 points, level with sixth place Fiorentina and Eighth place Lazio.
