Video – Suspicious Penalty from ‘Hatchet man’ Abdul Karim Ganiu gets Ghanaian football fraternity talking

A suspicious referee decision to award a penalty to Accra City Stars in their Ghana division one league match against Accra Lions has gotten the entire Ghanaian Football fraternity talking.
The decision which left the game ending in a 1-1 draw has seen many calling for a lifetime ban on the referee.
in what seemed a like an ‘Italian mafia 1935 movie’, Referee Abdul Karim awarded Accra City Stars the late penalty with virtually no contact or foul. having no shame, but to the surprise of the partisan fans at the match venue.

Accra City got this penalty in their 1-1 draw today against Accra Lions.
Accra Lions are 3 points adrift of Tema Youth and a win would have kept them within chase.
