Coach of Black Queens Mercy Tagoe Quarcoo has disclossed majority of her squad for the upcoming Aisha Buhari invitational tournament in Lagos Nigeria will come from WAFU Women Champions Hasaacas Ladies.
The former Black Queens player now heading the technical team of the senior National women team told Asempa FM’S Enoch Worlanyo Wallas said Hasaacas Ladies have a smooth recruitment program that raises high quality Footballers capable of playing in the National team.
The Queens who are currently camping in Prampram will be expected to fine tune their side before the international tournament.
“I have seen Hasaacas Ladies and what they have done, their recruitment program is great that they have top players who can feature for both Black Queens and the Black Princesses, I can say we will have majority of their players in the Black Queens squad” she said.
The former FIFA referee maintains Hasaacas Ladies lifted the flag of Ghana so high that the entire sub regional Football group have expressed their joy at seeing the progress of Ghanaian female Football.
“I got lots of calls from our compatriots after Hasaacas Ladies won the WAFU tournament, they are all happy for Ghana, and the joy of seeing Hasaacas Ladies win the trophy made me so happy” she added.
