Watertight Nicholas Opoku Pockets Kyzystof Piatek As Udinese Deny Milan In San Siro

Ghana international Nicholas Opoku marked his return to club football from the international break with top class individual performance to silence Kyzystof Piatek in a priceless 1-1 thriller at the iconic San Siro stadium.

The Zebreta centre back played one of his best games in the colors of Udinese Calcio to deny a well oiled AC Milan side led the fast emerging Kyzystof Piatek.

Nicholas Opoku feasted on the rare starting berth handed him to show his class on the pitch in one of his first litmus test as a player.

The former Berekum Chelsea center back kept his much heralded Polish center forward on the lower side and added attacking instincts to his game at the iconic San Siro stadium in Milan.

Gennara Gattuso’s men took the lead through Piateck before Piere Lasagna pulled parity for the Zebrate four minutes after the hour mark. Compatriot, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, watched the game from the bench in the exciting 1-1 score line.
