King Faisal Head Coach, Nurudeen Amadu says his side did not deserve a win in their Ghana Premier League match week 4 encounter with Berekum Chelsea on Friday afternoon.
The Kumasi-based club were inflicted with a first defeat of the season by a determined Berekum Chelsea outfit at the Golden City Park.
Midfielder Paul Attah Agyei scored the only goal of the game to hand the Biribies a first win of the season.
But speaking after the game, Nurudeen Amadu, who saw his side lose a game for the first time this season said his King Faisal side didn’t do enough to deserve a win.
“We know the game was not going to be easy game because the last time we visited here we lost by 5goals,” the coach said.
“our first half was not that good compare to our second half, so we didn’t do enough today[Friday] to win the game,” he added.
The defeat leaves King Faisal second on the league log with 9 points, level with leaders Asante Kotoko who will face Eleven Womders at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, November 21, 2021.
