‘We will take game after game’- Gladson Awako On Olympics Winning The League

The Great Olympics deputy captain is optimistic of a good season but says it’s early to think of winning the 2020/2021 league title.
Olympics have been impressive so far and are currently just three points behind leaders Karela United(21 points) which local football pundits are not ruling the Dade boys out in terms of winning the league.
However, Gladson Awako believes there is still a long way to go in the season after eleven games.
Speaking to Kumasi based Wontumi FM, Awako said, “It’s too early to say Olympics will win the league because it’s a long marathon. We’ve played few matches so far”
“We will take game after game and see what happens at the end,” he said.
Great Olympics will face King Faisal in matchday 11 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday.
