Disqualified former Ghana FA Presidential hopeful Winfred Osei Kweku Palmer has gone Biblically Spiritual just 48 hours to the much awaited Court of Arbitration for Sports ruling on his disqualification.
Mr Osei Palmer ran to the Sports appellate court in October 2019 after the Normalization committee of the Ghana Football Association disqualified him for what they term as his failure to pay a 10% of transfer fees of player Josepg Paintsil to Belgian side RKC Genk.
with CAS set to give its ruling on Friday July 17, the Sporting Director of Division one side Tema Youth FC is quoting Proverbs 21:31 as his hope for the battle ahead.

The Biblical quote connotes the horse is prepared, and Under which particular all war-like preparations are comprehended; but safety is of the Lord — The success of the battle depends not upon any human strength or art, but upon God’s providence, who gives the victory when and to whom he pleases, and frequently to those that have least reason to expect it.
Palmer is seeking the CAS of declare his disqualification as null and void and to ask the Ghana FA to organise fresh elections to include him.
