President of Berekum Arsenals Alhaji Yakubu Moro has threatened to go court if the Ethics Committee of GFA decides to punish him over his comments.
The Ethics committee has invited the President of the Bono Region based division one league side to substantive allegations he made against the Ghana FA executive council relating to the disbursement of the FIFA COVID-19 relief funds.
Yakubu Moro is alleged to have told Light FM in Kumasi rhe Exco members have planned to enrich themselves through the sharing of the COVID-19 relief funds.
“I haven’t and will never regret what I said. I have nothing to explain again. I will repeat exactly what I said if I meet the committee” Alhaji Moro told OTEC Fm
“I will go to court if the GFA decide to punish me over my comment because I see nothing wrong with what I said. The way the GFA disbursed the funds was wrong, they should have met us [the clubs] before” He added.
Alhaji Yakubu Moro has until Monday July 27 to respond to the Ghana FA before a hearing of the substantive matter
